Once upon a time, every brownie I made was burnt, or mush, or most often a dysfunctional combination of both. No more will I ever suffer through the torture. I have a new oven! Circa 1992 Frigidaire Self-Cleaning (Almond colored) Oven.
10 minutes prep time + 25 minutes baking time = 16 brownies.
16 Brownies + 4 boys - 10 minutes of blog creating time = 1 brownie.
At least I managed to salvage one for a picture.
